Summertime is passing by so quickly! Bobby has either been traveling or overseeing the construction of the new farm house. He hasn't had much time for cooking. I can't wait until he is in the new kitchen. I love sampling his dishes!
Bobby has been performing all over the US. Sometimes the whole family goes with him. In fact, Lauren and Katie went on stage with him to sing and play guitar in Newport Beach and Temecula. They love to play with Bobby.
After Bobby performs his big band shows in Reno and Incline Village, the family is off to Philly and Maryland for some Smooth Jazz shows. In October Bobby will be heading up to Boston for two nights at Sculler's, and then over to Huntington, NY for a show at the IMAC Theater. Bobby won't be home for my gram's birthday on October 27th because he will be at Spreckles in sunny San Diego. By that time we should be moving back to our farm house. But Bobby will be packing his bags again to head off to Japan in December. When he gets home, we'll be cutting down the Christmas tree and throwing a log on the fire.
Meanwhile, we are all stumbling over hardwood floor samples, tile samples, granite samples, paint swatches, etc. It's a ton of fun!
